I have 2 negatives left on dh's Equifax, other than his 96bk...actually these are his last negs left on all 3 reports. I had disputed these Eq negs online last month and they came back verified. I sent 2 validation letters crrr - Retail Alliance signed for theirs on April 25th, my address for NCO was apparently wrong and it was forwarded to the correct address on April 24th and they have yet to sign for it. I pulled Eq yesterday - Retail Alliance is not showing disputed...how long do they have to report? Am I wrong in my understanding that failing to report my dispute, I have them on a violation?? I tried to dispute it myself this morning and received the message "Sorry, we are unable to start an on-line investigation request for you at this time. You may contact us to initiate your investigation using the telephone number or address listed on your Equifax Credit File" How long before it becomes obvious that NCO is not going to sign for my validation letter and my next action should be what?? I apologize for the menial questions...I have yet to have to go the validation route to get a deletion. They were all so easy all I did was dispute it online and they were gone. These 2 are sticking like glue!!
