::sigh:: I am a rather impatient person by nature and this waiting 30 days for an investigation to complete is killing me. I have such high hopes for the disputes I mail out, then I have to wait 30 days for the results. It seems that just about at the point where I'm getting discouraged and it seems like nothing will change I get a nice positive change and I get encouraged again. Sorry... just needed to vent Brett
