The Experian wont investigate a dispute, I tried to take 3 items off my cfile but they claim that they have verified it ........Help...... Are there any form letter I can use .......a website maybe?
What type of item was this? A collection? A charged-off account? Late pays? How have you disputed it so far? Have you disputed it with Transunion and/or Equifax? If so, what were your results(did they delete or verify, or were the accounts even reporting)?
Next step: Are they paid or unpaid collections? Either way, have you sent a validation letter to the collection agecny asking that they validate the debt? If not, I would suggest you do so. Since the DOLA is 1999, chances are they cannot validate this debt and will hopefully just delete.
Above the: TODAY | POST | SEARCH | ACCOUNT | LOGOUT You will see: Member Chat. Just click on that, and it should take you to the chat room.
Look up towards the top of the screen, above where you link on TODAY to update the threads, you should see: FORUM > CREDIT TALK, and above that there should be another button that says: Member Chat. This same button is below and left of the Credit Cards tab.
I am looking however I still don't see It. This is my first time here do you suggest that I logout then come back in ?
What browser are you using? Not sure if logging out would do the trick. You may need to clear your cache and cookies and then re log back on. Should work.
