    My TU dispute of the Cap 1 acct I was issued a 1099C for is up tomorrow. I called Tu, and the rep told me the balance has been updated from 1700 to 1850 due!! Help!!

    They can do it and you can sue them for it. If the CRA accepts their report you can also sue them!

    I'm so pissed!! Doc helped me with a "new" letter to Cap 1 sent CRRR and signed for on the 10th of April.
    I got a letter from Cap 1 stating it had been forwarded to the appropriate dept. for response. I don't know whether to wait until the 10th, or what to do next!!
