I have 3 collections on my husband CR in the validation process. We're right in the middle of the 30 days, and the wait is driving me nuts. I have the accounts in dispute w/ the CRA's, and the CA's haven't marked them in dispute on their end as of yet. I'm hoping the CRA's verify, that would be 2 violations, yes??? Then I will send them the estoppel, and hopefully get a deletion for payment. Get these 3 collections off his report--then there will only be one more. I haven't had to do any of this w/ my CR's, and the wait for the next step is unbearable. I haven't even considered what to do if they verify. ACK!! I'll have to research that one, hadn't even considered that!!
