Guys this may have been mention before but I just wanted to drop my two cents in. Iâ??m having excellent results using nutcase, goodwill, intent to sue via Planetfeedback.com 1. Dillards I had a paid chargeoff â?? Sent a Goodwill to Dillards â?? Received a email stating they would change the status to Paid/Settled â?? Sent a reply via email if theyâ??d concider Paid/Never Late They agreed and itâ??s been changed to Paid/Never Late 2. Providian â?? To hard inq on my report. Sent a PP with $1000.00 request via Planetfeedback.com. While sitting in class I received a call from Providianâ??s Executive office (Mr. Daniels). He first tried to state that the inq were soft. I said yes there are soft inq from you but there are also 2 hards with the same date as the softs. Gave me his fax and direct line and ask that I fax the report showing this. (I feel good about this one, Donâ??t really care about the money would be a bonus if they paid) 3. Credit Protection Assoc. (CPA). Sent a nutcase/intent to sue via Certified mail. My letter went unanswered for about 30 days. I did a search of googles and found a number for an employee of Credit Protection Assoc â?? Called the operator and asked for legal â?? The legal person gets on and looks up my name she said she had already deleted the entry on 1/17/03 and Iâ??d be getting a letter in the mail shortly. Just started my YourBank.com/Gateway campaign today via Planetfeedback Will keep you informed
Yes, congrats. I used PFB for Citi and I received a call from someone at the "President's Office". She wanted to help, but could only offer to back date some lates by a couple of years. I declined because I didn't want any new updates on my cr. I also received a letter from the same office, a real letter, not a form letter. I was very impressed with the response I received even though I never got a resolution. PFB definitely reaches the right people.
Dillards said no to goodwill letter I didn't have any luck with Dillards. What address did you mail your letter to? I sent a goodwill letter asking that they remove 1 30 day late from back in May of 2001. The responded saying that under their agreements with the credit bureaus they could not remove accurate information. I only have 1 30 day late with them and have been a 10 year customer with a perfect pay history.
