Take a good look around. Most of the posts on here consist of the inability of the CRA's, CA's, and creditors to follow the law. We are not the ones breaking the laws. No wonder you CRA's/CA's/Creditors have your undies in a bunch. We're not letting you off the hook any more for your incompetence.

LOL...this guy is funny. Reporting to the "authorities" about this board...what a TROLL. Not to mention, if they actually read the board, they would know that all the CRAs and credit card companies already are well aware of this board...in fact, they have even tried to use this board as evidence in court...now, your industry wouldn't use "illegal" (in your words) evidence in court, would it???!??!?!?!! I am a business professional in the financial services sector as well, and I fail to see any legitimate threat this board makes to the financial sector at large. If educating consumers concerning their rights under the law, specifically the FDCPA and the FCRA is a threat to the financial institution and capital markets, then so be it. Could you ellaborate on just how you think this board posses a threat? If consumers being made aware of thier Federal rights is a threat then you presuppose that the financial machine does not want consumers exercising their rights, and thus, are operating outside of the law themselves.
