ok, I know I'm a rookie but I have to get my two cents in(unless upset wants that too)
anyway, judging from his grammar, spelling and misuse of the english language I would have to guess that his job in the financial field consists of closing the local PigglyWiggly or 7-Eleven and counting his drawer to make sure he didn't give someone too much change! I do have to agree with him....this board must be shut down,....but then again I believe in aliens, Elvis is still alive...and oh, yeah....I think I must have smoked some really bad shit! :)

    VeryUpset,

Wow, you're really a piece of work. You've got a total of 3 posts, and that makes YOU an expert in consumer credit.

You've really impressed me that there are just some people you can't help at all. Since when is more than 1 credit card with a particular company illegal? I have 2 with Wells Fargo, am I a felon? What was your point?

Do you know what credit is? It is a loan that you have to PAY BACK WITH INTEREST! We are trying to improve our credit scores and resources so we can have the opportunity to BORROW as much as we'd like, and PAY THE INTEREST associated with it.

Where's the lying and deception in that?

Static IPs are a wonderful thing. He's a subscriber to Wide Open West, a broadband carrier in the midwest.

Did you know some techies can trace a static IP to an actual street address?

Ahhh, the wonder and joy of the electronic age.

Maybe we could have a big fundraiser for the collection agencies and credit bureaus sort of like Farm Aid or the Concert for 9/11. We could raise tons of money for beleagured credit industry thugs who are too stupid or lazy to defraud consumers now empowered with the knowledge to protect themselves from being exploited. Does anyone object to a "USA for Africa" style concert? We'll call it USA for Gulf State Credit.

Gimme a freaking break--the extortionists at Cap1, Wells Fargo, Chase, and Citibank are too lazy to read the FCRA what makes you think they'll bother with our lil' ole board?

When collection agencies, credit bureaus, and credit card companies stop raping consumers we won't need rape crisis centers like this board.

"I also will be contacting the executive offices of Capital One, Citibank, Chase, Providian the 3 credit bureaus to name a few to provide them with this information. So they may also contact their Attorneys."

I seriously doubt that a huge creditor, such as Citibank, would have a problem with the BDD. In the end, it's new business to the bank and that is the bottom line, right?

    Peace.
