I love it when a CA makes it so damn easy.

    1. CA gets validation letter-no response
    2. CA gets another-no response, still on report
    3. CA gets intent to sue letter-no response, removes from credit report.
Now everything should be ok and Im finished with them, far as Im concerned. But then,
    4. CA calls my house-I call them tell them to quit.
    5. CA calls the following week, I call talk to manager tell them Im almost ready to sue, assures me it will stop.
    6. Next week the CA calls again, leaves a message.
    7. Cease & desist goes out to them.
    8. Following week CA calls again.
    9. Tonight CA calls again and hangs up on me.

I am thinking of doing this lawsuit pro-se, but Im also looking into consumer attorneys in my area, seeing how this is malicious and could yeild some bucks. Yes, I did incur damages. I applied for credit with 0% I really can't wait to get these people, they are complete jerks..

Whoever invents an interface that lets you print out the call log from a caller ID box would make a lot of money from this board!

I use a fax/answering machine - and it prints out a call log. A Panasonic KX-FP151. Paid $69 for it.

My fax machine does exactly that, up to 30 calls!
