WTF, I check my equifax yesterday and I had 566 I go check today and it is 509 WTF??? This is the only thing that changed on Equifax, all the other bureau remain the same.

    ES/PHEAA

    Account Number:
    Acct Type: Installment
    Acct Status: Open
    Monthly Payment: $0
    Date Open: Mar, 2002
    Balance: $332
    Terms: N/A
    High Balance: $3,066
    Limit: N/A
    Past Due: $3,132
Remarks: STUDENT LOAN ASSIGNED TO GOVERNMENT
Payment Status: At least 120 days or more than four payments past due

The difference from yesterday is that the balance and the past due where the same $3,132.00 I disputed this account recently because I have been paying and it is not being reported.

I am still paying and I even sent letters to Pheea but they keep reporting Scrwed up information. Can I sue Pheea? I am on the loan rehab but it is a long story, altough I am paying now they will reset my account in a month after they remove a garnishment and basically I will be having to weit a year before they clean my credit history.

Why should I have to weit that long when they are reporting Fu cked up information? Are they above the law??? I am so mad that I can cry, this is just not fair. I am paying for the account and they are reporting innacurate information and getting away with it. Please ideas or suggestions are welcome, I cannot take this anymore. It seems that if you are a goverment agency you get away with murder!!!!

The 120+ days (R5) late is present tense and is killing your score.
