    Personally, I think since these are 2 separate issues, you should write 2 separate letters. As for OSI, there are times when a phone call can do some good. It has for me and many others here. I would suggest you call Sam Shannon and tell him the story. He actually is very nice and was quite helpful in helping me resolving my problem with them. While on the phone with him, he closed the file, sent a UDF to the cra's and cc'd me.

    K, it looks good! I like what you've written. Although I'm not sure that I would put the college loan disputes on the same letter as you are mixing topics (sort of). I would send off the re-insertion dispute right away and wait about a week and follow up with the other disputes (or dispute them online) I've had some success by disputing online at the same time as mail.

    Also, I haven't reviewed the FCRA lately regarding your specific issue, but does it say what time limits they have to fix the re-insertion? (is it 15 days) and is there a penalty if it isn't taken care of? ($$$)
