I filed C13 BK in April. I signed up for EQ's CW (still $39.95, btw) thinking that my CR was junked up (since the paper one I got a month ago looked pretty bad), but it wasn't. EQ lists C13 accounts as "account included in bankruptcy", which overwrites all of the hc/terms/balance/past due/status crud, and they had put all of the correct unsecured accounts in BK, and had removed all of the duplicates. But there's one strange thing: I have a car loan which I did not reaffirm, but which I am paying off. The creditor listed it as "in C13 wage earner plan" on one of the two creditor statement lines on the left, and is reporting a balance with no past due amount and no late payments (which is correct, btw). That SHOULD be OK with me, but... On my NEGATIVES, it lists as the 2nd negative "overdue payments", and the explanation notes that I have $21100 in past due payments (the exact amount I owe on the car loan). Note that this isn't really a reporting error per se, it's an interpretation error. I'm not sure what I do about this. If I tell them to list it as "in BK", it will overwrite the balance, which will remove this negative, but then I won't get any positive payment history out of the account. I'm not sure how else to tackle it. I am thinking that EQ lumps "bankruptcy" and "late payments" together, so that any balance showing is presumed by their program to be late (since BK info is listed in the "late payment" section). Any ideas? TU 576 EQ 554 EX ???
