However, I talked to a Collections Attorney toaday (just out of the phone book), and he said that I can't get any judge around here to vacate a judgment unless it is within 21 days of the default judgment (which is the case for almost all of them), or i think he said 1 year. I am in Michigan, the same state as the judgments. They are all over 2years old with no contact from any of them in the last year. How do I go about getting these vacated without waking a "sleeping bear"? I read something like this somewhere else here I think. Thanks in advance, SnakeMan
