Do you see an option to pay your bill online?? I have always paid my insurance online and just assumed I would be able to do the same w/ dh's new cc from them. I used the cc at the beginning of the week and went to the site to pay it off, my payment is due May 30, I haven't rec'd a bill yet....
While you can pay the insurance bill online, you can only pay the CC bill from the USAA bank, at this time. I'm not sure when or if they plan to make it any easier for us...I was disappointed. Also - I got my first bill rather late and had to turn the payment around pretty quickly. Just call them if you're worried.
