I disputed a debt with the CRAs and the original creditor sent me a letter admitting that they can't link me to the debt. EQU deleted, Exp verified the debt as mine and haven't heard from TU. Dave suggested I send a legal letter to the OC. Can I find a template of one here? Also, should I outline all my grievances (including those about the CA they sent after me) or does that give them ammo if this goes to court?
