I was watching television today and a commercial came on about Thrifty Car Sales having a zero percent until 2003 promotion. The fine print went by really fast and I thought I saw some credit score information go by -- so I used my Tivo to rewind and pause the display:

"Credit FICA [sic] score of 800 or above Fair ISAC [sic]."

FICA? Fair ISAC? 800 or ABOVE? Sheesh.

Haha. That's so they won't have to give that offer out to too many people. What a joke. BTW, have you got that new Bar-b-que set up yet? LOL

why'd someone with an 800 credit score be buying a used thrifty car for 0% interest till 2003 anyway when they can get a brand new car for 0% interest period from most dealerships.
    gheez.

My point in posting this was not to imply it was a good deal. It was to point out the misspelling of FICO and ISAAC and to draw attention to the absurdity of the requirement for an 800+ credit score.

Geez. I'm slow today. I caught the 800 score, went right past the FICS and Fair Isac. Boy, that is sad.

Glad to hear it. So, how is the house? Is it everything you thought it would be? I'm in the looking stage myself. Just got my preapproval on Thursday.

    I SAW IT...

700-750 and above should be good enough for a REAL DEALER,
    for 0.00% 60 months...(shouldn't it)

    Depending on LOCATION...
