Since I already have litigation started I guess I'll be the lead Plaintiff. Besides, if we can win in AZ we can win anywhere.

They are only required to have reasonable procedures, congress didn't intend to be burdensome, only hold them accountable since they refuse(d) to do their jobs. There's a bona fide error defense, problem is it ISN'T an error. Sassy
