Send me an email regarding type of derogs seperated by which cra they are on. And tell me what you have already disputed with the cras and what it came back verified as. I don't need account # or anything that way and I do need dates charged off. I am gonna head to bed. I have alot to do tommorrow and need some sleep.
I'd think your saga of getting a merchant acct would make interesting reading and be informative as we don't have many first hand accounts of the hoops one has to jump through or possible pitfalls one has to navigate in the process of getting a merchant # for visa/mastercard. I'm wondering if your lower credit scores forced you to accept worse terms and higher merchant rates in order to process visa/mastercard sales. I always thought the processing/transaction charges would end up being about 2% to 5% of the total sale, depending on the average amount being charged. Thanks in advance for the info, VJ

Yeah Had to have 20% of the first $3000 held for a certain period. higher % 2.65, AMEX and Discover is a flat fee no matter what your credit is. So yes there is a penalty for having poopie credit. Yes it is very interesting to learn about all that downsides, but the upside is, I am no long restricted in how I can sell or who I can sell to in regards to locale etc. Another upside is I wouldn't be able to warn people, or give them information on how to overcome these issues too. So because this forum exists it helps alot of the people coming here. The hardest part though for the online part is getting people to come to the site and at least look, next hardest is to get them to purchase. But me and my bestest partner/technical/webmaster/creditjunkie have learned alot regarding that issue too.
