Time-barred

    Ive been looking for the definition of time barred and I have not located it yet could someone explain what time barred is thanks for any help.

    Time barred means that a claim on a lawsuit is barred( not allowed) because it is beyond the statute of limitations, (SOL)

    Welcome to the board. Click on search and put in "time barred" and you'll pull up about 4 pages of discussions.
