I lost my case in Louisiana on this judgment. I went to the courthouse today to see if I could pick up papers on this case to see what all I owed. it's been 12 days since I went to court, the clerk told me that the creditors attorney hasn't filed for a judgement yet, does anyone know how much time he has to file this? thanks
