Bumping, Cause lately a lot of posts about Validation and what should I do next, etc ... including myself. This should help guide us that are just now beginning to repair and send out D/V letters.
PsychDoc, There is another kind of trail besides the paper trail that backs us up. The kind we do not want but all have. Call it perhaps a "spiritual trail". I spent years being a psychic over the phone. I was very successful at it. I agree completely that we should stay off the phones. The voice and breath reveal every nuance. Possibly even more then we ourselves are even aware of. Whereas words on paper do not. I have often thought I really, really knew someone via internet writing only to be completely wrong, surprised and baffled once I heard the sound of their voice on the phone. I called in to correct my addresses and I failed miserably. I imagine they could see my palpitating heart and my nerves bouncing off the wall with a bead of perspiration on my brow while trying to carry on a litigious mindset voice character with a voice of reason.
