I am SICK AND TIRED of getting phone calls over my disputes. One just called now, at 10 after 9 (which isn't this illegal?) What else can I do? I specifically request mail correspondence only!!!
Yes, of course. Simply tell them you don't talk about such matters and would they please mail you about their concerns and just hang up. Be done with them
Good! And do they keep it up anyway? If so, it's time to plug in your tape recorder. Should have done that a long time ago if you want to be able to prove anything on them in court.
Every time it's a different company... either about a disputed inquiry or account. The library has never called again, nor has the two offensive credit card companies regarding inquiries. Hopefully the one who called tonight will take my request seriously. I'm sick of screwing around with these people.
There is only one way to get rid of them other than just paying them off and taking the 7 year hit and that is to go after them the way I do. I've never yet found anything better than doing it the way I do it. Go after them, run them down and beat them violently about the head and shoulders with an ugly stick. Of course, I'm just joking to some extent. At least on the last sentence.
Bill, I am about to buy your service. I am just sick and tired of this ordeal, I don't have a whole lot of bad credit, but the point is having bad credit on a relatively new (4 years) file is screwing me up. I'm afraid of Junum because I heard horror stories about them disputing good tradelines. Steph
