Does anyone have a contact or know of a higher-up I can write a letter to about a closed auto loan TL that went 30-days late 3 times during a 60-month contract from Toyota Motor Credit Corp? Contract went from May of '06 till May '11; two of the 3 lates were in '08 when co-signer abandoned our family and I suddenly had double the debt to take on, last late occurred when catalyst converter went back and my good luck was my car needed the 50-state cat and not the 49-state one (California emissions vehicle) and Toy wanted almost 1,500 to replace, even after markets were quoting nearly 1k. I already sent a letter to customer service and got back the most generic response ever stating that I stated in my letter that they were reporting wrong when I never said that what-so-ever..I had actually written a good will adjustment LTR. Any help much appreciated!
