Some people have expressed outrage about a previous post I had made. A few points: 1: I am against criminals. I feel that we all make mistakes, but trying to justify fraud is not cool. 2: I enjoy the posts on this board. Just because 1 out of 100 posts is ridiculous, I feel this board has warrant. 3: I take the advice of this board, I find the people hereto be knowledgeable and friendly. Recently, I had a question that was blacklisted because some people didn't like my post in another thread. It was the first post that actually implied illegal activity that I had read and I really didn't like that. I'm sorry I wrote what I did, I did not do anything in regards to that message. I just want to point out that this board, to be effective and fair to all consumers, MUST be based on the premise of 100% legal/moral advice. I'm sorry I felt that giving advice to a person, who 80% of the respondants thought to be criminal and wrong, is not justified on this board. Please accept my apologies. SD
So which one should we take: The cynicism in the first statement above, or the apology in the second? You did way more than just "feeling it was not justified"; You went on to accuse members here: If you believe failure to report a crime constitutes "conspiracty", I suggest you get some basic legal training. Saar- After 3 years of posting on message boards, I have found that the ones who nitpic on spelling are the ones who have nothing concrete to say. I have a keyboard, as does everyone else. Mistakes happen. Thank you for proving my point~!
Hey guys can we not turn this into an arguement. I think the apology speaks for itself and let us just get back to repair our and others credit. I like when the board is united and helping each other. I really do not like some of the arguements unless a troll is involved. So can we just break bread and drop it.
Saar - Kbanger. I agree KB, I'll drop it. Please accept my apologies. Nuff said from me! SD PS - Thanks to those who responded to other posts, I have a 600 EQ score as of tonight!!!!!! I'm so happy!
You have chosen the easy way out by reading the post as if the above critique has focused merely on your spelling. Saar
The great psychologist Kohlberg wrote volumes about moral development in children and adults. I'll condense all of that down into a single sentence: There's no such thing as 100% moral. Best, Doc
SDboy, In one post you say you're printing out isp information and forwarding it to the creditor that was the subject of the post. Just today, I can't figure if before or after the apology, you tell a newbie to lie about a repo man. How many faces do you have anyway? Sassy
Your best chance to get it removed is to negotiate a payoff settlement in exchange for removal. Pay 100% of what is owed NOW and get EVERYTHING in writing. Then when it is paid, get it removed. Just a thought. IF they don't go for it, go to court claiming that the repo person physically threatened you, which is a BIG no-no in 40 states. SD SDBOY, I TRY AND GIVE EVERYONE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, BECAUSE I AM A FORGIVING PERSON AND UNDERSTAND THAT WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. ONCE A FOOL SHAME ON YOU, TWICE A FOOL SHAME ON ME. EVERYONE I RETRACT MY ORIGINAL POST COMMENDING HIM ON HIS APOLOGY
