Dear CCN Steve: I recommend that Butch's articles "What is Estoppel", and "What is Validation" be added to the Hall-of-Fame postings. In my opinion, these two articles will be of great value to newcomers to this board; I certainly did learn a great deal from those 2 threads alone. Sincerely,
Sorry, I see that "What is Validation" thread is already in the Hall of Fame postings. I take that back, and I still recommend the thread "What is Estoppel!" to be included in the list. Thanks for listening to my suggestions
I also recommend the "What is Estoppel?" thread. I find myself looking it up to reference in posts fairly often. This way I could refer them to the Hall of Fame post.
