Thanks for posting this. I have read all of the links already, but my mind starts to glaze over after a while. I am going to continue reading, and re-reading until I feel somewhat competent. I don't want to jump in and screw up my credit anymore than it already is! I replied to the other topic - I think I understand now. If they can't provide the information to prove I owe the debt, then I never did. SO the statement isn't a lie until they present proper validation and I give up. Correct?
RITE:With out proof there is no legal debt. When you dispute as not mine you are saying I have no legal debt (obligation ) to this party which is 100% true,therefore you can't be lying.
