Closed on my mortgage yesterday and AMEX GREEN pre-approval approved online right afterwards. Figured I'd bite the bullet and went for the AMEX BLUE online intant approval and said they'd notify me. Any # I can call to check on the status?
1-800-the-card Press #2 to check on application status, then press to speak with CS. That will be New Accounts. Tell them that you are a Green account holder and would like to speak with MORE for analysis of the Blue application over the phone.
