Hey, I just joined junum and read your post about them getting your repo off. May I ask you a couple of questions? 1-How old was the repo? 2-Was the deficiency balance paid off? Thanks for your reply, Erica
The repo was from June of 1999, and no it was never paid off. I filed ch 7 bk in May of 1999 which was the result of a failed business. It was discharged in July of 99. I was very surprised to see it go. I lost two vehicles during that time. Too bad I didn't know what I know today back then.....but ain't that always the way it goes.
