Hi Donna, I told you I'd update you on my Plat Select converstion and balance transfer. I received a Plat Select card with the same account number as my AAdvantage card. Upon my request, a supervisor put in a referral for a balance transfer offer and a credit line increase to accomodate the balance transfer. I got both the next day. My balance transfer was 6.9% for 6 months with a "go to" of 16.9% and no transfer fee. It took three days for Citi to pay off one of my other cards. Good luck, Marci
