Did you get your Amex letter yet? Just curious what their reason was for closing down your loc. You won 2 lawsuits and lost 1, is that correct? I'm betting they did an AR on all your reports and saw the bad report.
Hi LKH, no I haven't received my letter from them yet. I won against 1 CRA, lost another, and settled out of court for the 3rd. I plan on attacking the one I lost against again but attacking all the CA's first for now..
For only half.. but instead of disputing not receiving the notice, I am going to use that as part of my evidence because it details who the people were and how it got back on. Based on that, half the #'s are disconnected and the other half I am going to get to crumble. Attack all the CA's basically, then get the CRA again.
