Erik, I read your post about the Capital One credit limit FCRA issue on Bayhouse. I resent my Planetfeedback letter to Cap One yersterday and got an immediate reply that they had received my letter and get back to me in one day. I have not heard from them yet. I am intrigued by their response to you, especially since I have a letter from them dated late February stating clearly that they do not report credit limits. Either webinfo is lying or they changed their policy. Maybe they haven't responded to me b/c I told them I have a letter in writing from them that they won't do it and they don't know what to tell me now. Please e-mail me the phone number the person left you in your e-mail.
