    I contacted Junum yesterday just to status my account. The phone rang 3 times and a very polite representative responed and then accessed my acount and answered my questions. I was satisfied as I have been satisfied the other time I called.

    Now I do not want to sound like an advertisement for Junum because it is too early for anything to be deleted from my CRA files yet.

    In conclusion, at this point their response has been about what I would expect.

    Roni and Kristi, if and when you have anything to share about Junum, please do. I always enjoy your posts.

    When I last called, I had no problems reaching a representative. And she was very nice. She convinced me to stay on with the program. I hope they start some credit score monitoring and loans offers soon.
