I spoke to a Mr. Jamison in Target services and thought I could negotiate a card with them for paying back what I owed them when I went bk. Jamison said that Target policy is to have the customer wait seven years before reapplying for credit. He would not negotiate or accept an offer for the money I owed Target at the time of the bk. Marie, how did you negotiate a card with them? Was Target on your bk, and did you negotiate a settlement for some or all of the money owed? I am dying to know how you did it!
