Thanks for responding to my Bk question. You have no BK related items on your reports. This is great!! I believe you have doing your own disputes. Is there any info you can share about how you got them off your reports? How amny were there originally? Thanks
not many since most of my accounts were old. I'd "paid" w.my credit long before the bk. I forgot 2 little collection items that after the bk, popped up. I negotiated paid in full for full removal off the reports. Wachovia car loan tried to collect post bk. they filed a lawsuit. I send out letters to their counsel. I settled it all for full removal of all credit info by Wachovia on my report. That deleted my only real bk related item on my report. So I was just lucky they were stupid. Had I known then what I know now, I would've also gotten damages but my real intent was to get them off my report
