When you won your battle with NCO, were you rewarded damages for defamation of c. or anything else? Were you able to sue on the "open amount" as well or did you just simply win the judgement that they would remove the tradelines and also permanently never appear on your CR again?

I sued for money damages. I went to trial. One of NCO's chief lawyers flew here to Pittsburgh and testified. I had a court reporter present. The court reporter took down word for word everything that the NCO lawyer had to say - under oath. I have the transcript of this testimony. I have made copies available to others. And yes, the factfinder awarded me money. NCO paid me.
