    Hey Miami!!

On another thread you mentioned that your Chap 7 BK does not show on your Experian report. This is interesting to me. Here is why:

My Chap 7 BK only shows in the public record section on Equifax. There is nothing that I can see on either TU or EX.

There are however 2 or 3 BK discharged credit accounts on each report.

What do your reports look like? Do you have any insight on this? I expected to see the BK on all 3 reports.

    Thanks.

    Jim.

A couple of years ago I retained Lexington and during the time they worked on my credit file they successfully deleted the BK-7 from my Experian report. If I'm not mistaken the docket number Experian was reporting was not correct and they probably got them on that.

Ironically, my TU report reports my BK with an incorrect docket number, the judges name is wrong and shows $0 for liabilities yet they won't remove it. I got tired of fighting with them and hired Junum.

That's unusual Jim. Normally your report will reflect your BK 7 filing in the public records section then those accounts that were included in your BK will be listed and below the account it will say included in BK.

The problem I had back in 92 & 93 was my report would reflect my BK and on top of that it would list the accounts included in the BK as R9's and so on. It took me a few months to get that straight.
