   I have to totally agree now with what you said in reference to the recent activity on the board. 'Nough Said!
   
   I meet with the Mortgage broker today to go over everything and I guess to officially get my application together. I am to take the usual, paystubs, w2's, etc. Wish me luck!

   Can you tell me more about the mortgage broker? You had mentioned that you were going with the condo's people on financing, didn't you? Do you still used a broker? and if so, did you find one on your own?
