Due to divorce had 7 unpaid credit card bills. After nearly 4 years, have settled with 4, will probably settle with fifth this week (all at an average of 28% of original balance). Question: last 2 collectors have not contacted me in a long time. Should I seek them out, wait until they contact me, or hope 7 year SOL passes?
