Is Carreon & Associates still standing by Junum? Before you or I cancel with Junum, I would like to hear what Kristi of Carreon says. Keep us posted. I read the Bob Price post. i have no idea if any of that is true.
talk about a bump in the posting jim. I answered your question above. I dont think Kristi will say anything bad about a business partner. That is just bad business. roni
Jim, Yes we are. junum contacted us prior to their move from Vegas and notified us of the move and transition. We received a few emails from disgruntled employees who said they were not paid. Our service dept. forwarded the emails to junum and the CEO, David Coulter called us right back & said the employee was upset because of the closing of the Las Vegas location. We asked if there was anything we needed to be worried about and were told an explicit NO. I also know they just secured 26 mill in funding from the source in venture capital. I suspect there will be growing pains because of the uniqueness of their product but have no information to back up that employees claim. When I toured their facility it certainly did not appear to be a "Stressed company". Jim wrote: ------------------------------- Is Carreon & Associates still standing by Junum? Roni, Actually if we had any valid proof of bad business we would not associate with a company. We are in a position that companies are continually wanting to work with us for exposure and would never work with less then great firms. If junum is having problems we certainly do not know of them. My post above to jim explains their transition but per junum they may be taking steps against the employee who they state may have slandered them. If we find any problems with any partner, we work dilligently through the growth but never stand by low grade companies. We have not had that experience with Lexington or junum. Many so called credit repair sites ask to work with us and we simply do not reply if they have no good quality products or sufficient capital. On that note, I just found that a class action has just been filed on one credit repair co that we specifically never dealt with because of several suspicious factors. See http://www.classactionamerica.com/class_actions/classactioncourt.asp?cid=63 Remember too, that Carreon & Associates has it's own two core products plus lending. We only supply outsourced credit & debt services to complete the circle of services. We do not need any one company and try hard to weed out the bad and only work with the best. You know as well as I do that there are very limited arenas for good solid credit rehab firms and I believe the two we have worked with are the best of what there is. roni wrote: ------------------------------- talk about a bump in the posting jim. RE: Thanks Kristi Jim, Great! I think you should do what you personally desire, not act from fear without facts. I think you will eventually be happy. As I stated before, there are always rumors and especially pee'd off employees who may have a legit gripe with their employer but that does not constitute bad mouthing the company without proof. I also want everyone here to know that we really make nothing from junum! We get only $5.00 per sign up and could have gone with other companies offering $25.00 per sign up but their product stunk! The junum product is not core for us. Our own products (especially the download) are core for us. I have always said, I love where I work because they literally put the customer first. If we ever found out that things were falling apart or people were being had, we would cease business with that company. I also suggest anyone who hires a firm to check them out with Dunn & Bradstreet, FTC or BBB. I really just want it to be perfectly clear and stated as such that we make next to nothing per lead and are more concerned with being able to give you a good product. As we find even more good products we continue to add them. I also think that some people are expecting way more from junum than they would a law office and are presuming prematurly. Let's face it, even a law office can take upwards of three months to get results. That is why we also say, self help first! then get help if you are not a self do-er. It's a personal choice of how you spend your own money and us nor anyone else can control that. Our goal is and always will be our 'Free debtor resources" and low cost products. I hope you guys are utilizing the free stuff (and yes, our debtor library is completely free------ Just my OP>>>>>> Jim wrote: ------------------------------- I am staying with Junum.
I visit quite often I visit your site quite often Kristi and I find it so VERY valuable to all consumers and it's free information . I have learned so much and try to tell others what I have learned. I also appreicate the personal help you have given me these last few weeks Mom
RE: I visit quite often Your so very welcome Mom! I love when people use the free resources and find it before they spend money unnecessarily. That is why it is there, to help people avoid scams & get good solid free advice. Ps: I apologize if any of you have sent me a question that I could not answer. I try to answer them all but can't get to them all. Soon I will have another credit assistant that will help with the Q & A's but with up to 100 per day, it's hard to answer them all. Mom, glad I was able to answer all yours (I think) Ps: On the junum note, I also suspect the rumors are just that because I spoke with a credit union that is going to offer their products on junum and allow open fields of membership for online visitors. This is great because usually you have to be in the field of membership to join. And as for dot com failures, it does happen even to the best of them. I could not believe that creditland and a few others went belly up! Creditland also never paid their invoices to us so we are working on that now. Go to dotcomfailures.com and see the latest rumors on failing e-businesses.
