I have 2 charge-offs that are 4 years old and one is not given over to collections the other bought by another company...They are reporting from original
    creditor on my reports.

Do I validate and go for the eventual delete or just try disputing now...I hate to alert them to anything.

Also, I could wait and sue for a clean report as others have as I have other derogs that will go to court in a month or two...

    any ideas?.....

Depening on what state you live in, the SOL may be up on these debts. If the SOL is up, you could dispute with CRAs, validate with the CA, and see what happens without the worry of any repercussions.
