RE: Today ~ I am officially a. I just went to a lender, actually two, and ask them what they could do for me. The first lender looked at my report and flat out told me there wasn't a thing she could do with my situation, so I said fine and found someone willing to help me. My personal opinion, if you have credit issues that you're concerned with, is to start as early as possible. That way if there are problems that need to be addressed you will have time to get it together. My first report was pulled 3/00 ~ those inquiries didn't hurt me by the time came to close.
