well. regardless of what TU spouts off to you... Mr. Szwak's office has a differing (and winning) opinion that is contradictory. Let's just look at it logically. If Equifax does it... and Experian does it... do you really think they do it for the fun of it? no... they only do things that help the consumer when it's also in their own interests... anyway, if you've already disputed these items directly with the creditors then they should have put the statements of dispute on the file. I still believe that the cra is required to note the accounts... and I was directly told by TU that their system can't do it and it's currently being updated... and I believe that piece of info over the corp bologna TU's office gives you. Regardless, you only need to focus on your best path of action. The reason for the court bump is to take regular TU employees out of the picture and put it in his attys hands... meaning it starts costing them real fees... anyway, up to you how to proceed. good luck
The local lending companies are just as sick of the CRA's as we are and they are willing to do anything to help. ==================== When lenders find out how much this is costing them They will change things real quick.
Very good points, now that I have had a good nights sleep I'll be able to think it through. Thanks for your time. CBJ
