Too impatient???

    I spoke to Mr Cooke from Cap1 on Thrusday of last week. They had changed my R5 BACK to an R9, he said he would take care of it.

    I told him I was in the process of mortgage stuff, and he said he would put a 72 hour rush on it, Friday (last Friday).

    Well it's STILL reporting as Paid charge off not R5. and it hurt my score, still an ok score.

    Now I know mortgage place go with the middle score, which will probably be TU, YAY another story there, so should I just wait, or PFB him again?

    BTW- the mortgage place is pulling my report tomorrow.

    If I't still showing tomorrow morning (Friday) then I would call him one more time. You will have already waited a week. However, remember the monthly *tapes* that the CB's update our files with? I'm wondering if Mr. Cooke was able to change it within Cap 1's system within 72 hours, but perhaps the credit bureau file won't update until the new tape is sent out. Could this be the case?

    lol, If TU is your center score I hate to say this might take some time.

    When they pull your TU you'll have damages.

    He said he was sending a "form" to the CRA's and that he would send me a copy of this "form" so who knows.

    Butch-
    I called TU and they said they only saw my accounts. She said there FICO thing is so new, there are bound to be errors and this looks like one of them.

    BTW I asked why the inquiry showed up as hard and no one knew the answer. She told me to "call back later and someone MAY now then". I told her I wanted it taken off, she to ask then.
