Too late to validate?

    Hi,

    Upon review of one of my CR's, I noticed a collection account that is not mine. This account is dated from 1998 but is being reported by the CA (last update was last month).

    Is it too late to send the CA a validation letter then upon green card receipt, dispute with CRA? Or is there a different way to go?

    It is never to late to validate.

    There is no S O L on validation.

    Ok thanks. I thought if I did not do so within 30 days I lost.
