Gee my personal favorite was: I travel to China alot. My boss told me to get a JCB card. My employer does not offer corporate cards, nor does he no my credit stinks. Yea sure Pulse, China is very beautiful but JCB is from Japan and they hate the Japanese in China. Use of a JCB card in China is a capital offense and you might lose your $7 hour job over that. I bet your boss is a genius, I would never have thought to send one of my seven dollar an hour people to China. What a way to save money. What are you doing in China for business teaching English? Or do you just fly there to avoid the CA's that are after you. JohnM ps...KNOW means no !!
Item 1 QUOTE]Originally posted by pulse ********July 16, 2002************* Asset Acceptance re-aged my account another 7 years. From a delete date of March 2002 to a new delete date of March 2009. I kept a old credit report showing the correct delete date of March 2002. I am sending it to the CRA , they informed me they will delete. Anyone having re-aging problems from Asset Acceptance? If so what did you do? I am new here and will be posting my credit repair journey. I am in the low 500's on all reports.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Item 2 I like the fact that on the 18th she is posting as if she just got copies of her reports, and back two days previous she "KNOWS" that Asset Acceptance has reaged her accounts ??? Hmmmm, doesn't that seem a little bass-ackwards ?? I have been LMAO. I bet she is using the same kind of calendar that CA's try to use when they are supposed to respond to validation requests- one that is bass-ackwards ! Too funny !!! oh, yea, and don't forget her request for has much input as possible,
end quote guess you should be careful what you ask for, I guess she got her requests for both,
I HAD wondered about the Japanese card being used in China and to think that I was actually envious that this person got travel internationally for business. I never connected that post to all of the other ones about her bad credit/bad job/bad marriage.
Sounds sucky, huh? She can take bk, hubby will leave, she will get fired.... Debts will be gone, she can find a man who cares about her, and a job she likes. Fresh starts are so nice.
There are really no if's, and's or but's here. Pulse is an obvious fraud. Her latest move is (self)serving the CA industry. There is nothing wrong with asking for validation regarding a $5K debt, even before the SOL period expires. It all depends on the circumstances. Her validation / process service timeline story is clearly a lie. Saar
Let's forget about this cyber phony and get back to credit repair. You guys are way too valuable to be wasting your time with this idiot. I think she/he has been ferreted out quite nicely and I also think that trolls don't stand a chance here as their inconsistencies are easily spotted in a very short time by most all of us. Go contribute to the bk effects thread. I know that many of you are not considering bk but there are provisions of the act that will effect credit repair...so let's read the act and post the effects. Also you never know when a setback can occur...so it is extra insurance to know when that happens what your alternatives are vis a vis bk. Good job in exposing this phony! clc
clc, I'm couldn't help myself from starting this thread to make fun of the TROLL. I promise to be serious from now on. (;> JohnM Class, class, open your books to the new BK act and read Chapters 1 thru 16 inclusive. A 500 word report is due in the morning
hahaha John...No report BUT you will be tested on this!!!! I agree troll killing is fun...but this one is dead and what remains of his/her carcass is merely bones. The late nite hunters got all the good meat last nite! clc
I am very new here (first post this week) I started rresearching this site for an education, I didn't know it would be so entertaining! I actully learn alot from the origninal "pulse" about how validation didn't work and she is now going to be sued by the CA! Lots of drama mixed with bad fiction and alot of good advice from the people who really know what they are talking about! I give it two thumbs up.
Welcome to the board! Every now and then this happens, we have our fun and then creditnet rolls on, hahahaha!!
