I thnk it also depends on time constraints as well.. when one has priorities and one of them is fixing their own credit, then the time dedicated and posting activity will of course be concentrated on their own.. but as their credit becomes cleaner, then priorities change.. at least that's my thought.. shrug =)
Holy crap!!!! I haven't posted in like 6 months and I'm still in the top 50!!!! LOL I guess I have to come back to make number 4, I can't beat George. BTW, welcome back George.
I just found out that I have to work every weekend in December starting Black Friday Weekend..... Ahhhh, the LOVE of Retail......
BLITZ DAY FRIDAY~NOVEMBER 29... UP AT 4 AM GET DONUTS AT ALBERTSONS 5 AM AT WORK ~5:10 GET FRONT END READY BY 5:45 AM 6:00 AM--->AAAAAHHHHHHH
I can't believe I'm still in the top 50 or ever made it to it for that matter. I haven't gone away, I still lurk and post a little. The problem for me now is the information is no longer current in my head. As it was, my worst baddies were pd chgoffs and lates, so when I did offer advice, it was always based on something I had been through myself. Now I read up here and there and am reluctant to offer advice when I know that someone who is living credit repair day in and day out will answer them. The good news is, I'm another CreditNet success story. My goal when I came here was to be able to qualify for a large construction loan by this year. I was approved a couple of weeks ago.
WHAT GOES AROUND~~~COMES AROUND... There is a COUNTRY SONG...JOE changes a tire for a RICH lady and askes nothing for his service...he says PASS IT ON (LOVE)...she stops at the diner and leaves like a $95.00 tip for the waitress that is 8 months "along" (pregnant)...the waitress goes home and tell her husband that everything will be alright and she loves him...(IT'S JOE).. What you learn here...PASS IT ON... Even though I have NEVER had any "BADDIES" you would not beleive how much I have been helped here!!!
Nobody says "Hmmmmm" like Chelechele, and nobody, but nobody says "Holy crap!!!" like Erica. LOL! BTW, Pat had it exactly right. When you're in the thick of it, you are on top of all the details. When you finally get out the other end of the tunnel, you suddenly have other things to focus on. Things that have been long neglected out of necessity. The details get a little fogged over very quickly. Like Pat, I check in frequently; as in nearly every day. However, I don't always have time to post or feel that I have anything to add to any of the threads I see. I still send jokes to Breeze though.
Quixote, How the hell are you??? HOLY CRAP!!! I can't believe you are still here..... Good to see you, Wish chelechele was still here too.....she kills me
I feel like the pimple faced kid hanging on a wall at a high school reunion. (Maybe someday I'll get to reminisce about the early years...) Glad you're all here!
Hi Erica! I'm doin' great! Just closed escrow on our first home. That's what's keeping me so busy. It's amazing how much there is to be done. How about you? How's married life treating you? Aren't you coming up on your anniversary pretty soon? How's Supershawn? Any little creditnetters in the near future?
