I sent the series of valadation letters to a CA who never responded and never got deleted when I disputed with the CRAs. I sent copies of all letters and CRRR cards etc to the cras and got back letters saying that they could not accept my documents, but will verify with the CA a.nd send back results in 30 days etc...... This sucks I thought they would delete. What next? nutcase or intent to sue or something else?
toomuch, are you here to cause trouble or can you say anything to anyone without being condescending?
Hmmm, consumer requests validation of CA as required by Federal law. CA ignores lawful request. CRA violates FCRA by ignoring consumers documentation and that is all you can spew? Since when is it legal for CAs and CRAs to violate Federal laws? Clue: it isnt! Definately a troll.
Re: Re: Total BULL..., What next? I also thought it was now ILLEGAL to ignore documents from the consumer!!!
Re: Re: Total BULL..., What next? To answer the troll's question, How do I know if its legit if the CA won't respond to me? I think thats the point of the whole thing. I plan on sending an intent to sue. I also have some blank small claims forms so i am thinking of filling out the paperwork and including a "copy" of the suit that will be filed in 30 days.
Re: Re: Re: Total BULL..., What next? fingrrrl - i vote the latter. spyke- funny post. thanks for the laugh.
Re: Re: Re: Total BULL..., What next? These guys don't get it. If people wanted MSN YM - type "help" and "empowerment" they would be posting on MSN YM boards. The YM "rulers" apparently want to expand their base of power to include CN. After all, whipping a bunch of masochists who don't fight back, who meekly take the beating and thank the "master" afterward, probably loses it's thrill after a while. So they come here looking for challenges.

Re: Re: Re: Total BULL..., What next? What's the story here? Is there some history with too much? I don't find the question "are the debts valid" condescending in and of itself. If they are, that might change the strategy.
