I just received my checking statement, and in it was a demand for $$ on an account that was listed ON THEIR FORM in chapter 7. I called them and they told me it was charged off. Evidently numerous accounts have been charged off after bankruptcy. Also on their envelope the letter came in was "Wachovia consumer loan collection center" I thought that collection agencies couldn't put the fact they were collectors on the front of this letter. I AM TICKED!!!
