I have some questions about my fight with Elite AKA ERS They filed suit over a year ago, they have twice falsified service both were quashed, They have refused validation or send me any proof of debt except a letter from a person at elite claiming intimate knowledge of the debt, they have filed papers making them look like an OC, I never have had any account with elite, they also claim I entered this agreement with them in September of 2004 when I had moved from that address in November of 2003, I have proof I moved, there attorneys refuse my calls , what should I do next ?
Fight fire with fire; get your own attorney, and sue them for every violation and possible damage to you.
