    me again..

I am desperately trying to get some items off my report before we apply for a mortgage. This credit fixing stuff is adicting. anyway....

I just got off the phone with Toyota Financial services. I had a loan with them back in 1993 that I made several late payments on in 1995-1996. I have disputed this several times and they always verify the information. I called them to ask them to send a copy of my account history because all of the CRAs are reporting different information. They said that they do not keep the information past 4 years and that they only have the # of times late listed on accounts NOT DATES..

I think this means that they cannot validate the information listed on my report.. Am I right? Any suggestions on how to proceed?

    Thanks

    Thanks.

I think this info might help others with old accounts and trying to get validation. I will proceed with sending them a validation letter asking them specifically for dates and let you all know what they come up with. Hopefully the CRAs will be willing to delete if Toyota cannot provide specific dates.

I will keep you all apprised.
